Refund Policy

Overview

GridBulk sells two kinds of paid products:

• Subscription plans — recurring monthly or yearly plans that include a monthly credit allowance.
• Credit packs — one-time purchases of credits that never expire.

Credits are a digital product consumed in real time: every successful generation is paid for immediately through third-party AI infrastructure on our side. This policy explains when a purchase can and cannot be refunded.

Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases of digital credits. Once a pack has been issued, it is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except in the situations listed under Exceptions.

In return, we commit to the following:

• Credits never expire. Buy once, use whenever you like.
• You are only charged for successful generations. Credits are deducted after an image has been generated and delivered — failed or interrupted generations are not charged.
• Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other accounts.

Exceptions

Although credits are non-refundable by default, we will refund a purchase to your original payment method in any of the following cases:

• Duplicate or erroneous charges — for example, being billed twice for the same pack.
• Credits deducted without output — a technical fault on our side deducted credits without producing a usable result.
• Account suspended in error — your account was restricted without any policy violation.

To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and include your account email and the order ID from your receipt. We review every request and reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops all future billing; your plan and its credits remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• No prorated refunds are given for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the cycle ends.
• Subscription credits are issued monthly and expire 31 days after issuance; they do not roll over to the next cycle.
• Upgrades take effect immediately: you are charged the new plan price and the new credits are issued right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK)

Where the EU or UK right of withdrawal applies, our credits are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing a purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery begins, you lose the statutory right of withdrawal for that purchase. This does not affect the exceptions described above.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank — most issues can be resolved directly and much faster than a chargeback. Accounts with chargebacks filed without first contacting support may be suspended.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page.
